Disable vsync for better performance??

So......today I read some random ROM thread from another device forum and I found interesting "tweaks" that never included in any SGA ROM.....

see the thread???? LG optimus one get 76fps neocore benchmark....and SGA only about 61fps with sound on, and 65fps with sound off(official lewa rom with stock lewa kernel)
well, for some people benchmark is pointless.....but how about gaming????
